General Terms & Conditions

Reception opening hours: 9am – 10pm

Age regulations: Only guess over 16 years old are welcome to our beautiful property.

The maximum length of stay: 28 days

Arrival (check-in): Any time after 3 p.m. (Luggage may be placed in the luggage area earlier.)
Departure (check-out): Up to 11 a.m. – late check out possible
Breakfast: Free of charge from 8.00 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Bed linen: Free of charge

Towels: Free of charge

Wi-Fi: Free of charge

A deposit of ID card or 50€ for a key is required (deposits for other items applicable)

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

Single Reservations:

-with guarantee (payment in advance): The reservation is upheld all night long and is billed even if you do not appear.

-without guarantee: The reservation is upheld until 6 p.m. at the latest. If you have not arrived by that time, we will be forced to allocate the room or the bed to other guests. Should you be delayed, please telephone us immediately. We shall then wait a while, providing the room/the bed is not required urgently for other guests. However, we can provide no guarantee. For this reason, it is advisable to arrive as early as possible.

Group Reservations: 

We do not accept groups bigger than 4 people as we only offer 10 beds to rent, to keep it small and friendly! 🙂

CANCELLATION FEE:

-Normal case:

up to 30 days prior to arrival: Free of charge

up to 14 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total price of the reservation

up to 7 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price of the reservation

If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

-New Year’s Eve and public holidays:

up to 3 months prior to arrival: Free of charge

up to 45 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total price of the reservation

up to 28 days prior to arrival: 70 % of the total price of the reservation

If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

RESERVATION:

After you chose your accomodation type and your date, you will be asked to enter your credit card data and you will be charged with the total amount of the reservation. 

Breakfast: Is included in the price.

Following items are also free of charge:

  • Water
  • Fruites
  • Beer*
  • snacks, cookies
  • basic cooking materials (oil, herbs, salt, noodles, rice, bread, onions, garlic, carrots, sugar, etc..)
  • coffee and tea
  • Schnaps
  • and much more!
